These hours are your currency to allocate across various marketing activities — be it new website pages, SEO, or running an A/B test to improve your conversion rates. Some months you may need more design and development work, and other months you may want to focus heavily on your SEO efforts — with Webflow Support Package Hours, you can rest assured that our time will be spent supporting you however you need it most.
Additionally, hours will roll over from month to month, so don't worry if some months are busier than others.
If you've already exhausted your Hours for the billing period and you request that we continue working before your next billing period, we can upgrade your plan, or simply add a block of one-time Hours.
Your Project Manager will monitor your usage and actively make project suggestions and set priorities with the Service Team to help you get the most out of your Support Package.
For most websites, there is rarely nothing to work on (even the best website benefits from on-site SEO, tuneups, and regular improvements).
Should there be Hours leftover, they will roll over to the next billing period. Hours that are rolled over are lost if your Support Package is canceled.
Life is unpredictable, and so is business. If additional tasks or opportunities come up during the month, that's what Bonus Hours are for. Use them to pivot or add new initiatives as needed.
These hours are your go-to resources for those unforeseen website needs or when you want to ramp up your efforts. Bonus hours ensure your marketing strategy is not just flexible, but also responsive to the dynamic needs of your brand.
Unlike regular Hours, Bonus Hours don't roll over from month to month. They're meant to cover short-notice tasks and quick pivots in strategy.
You will communicate primarily with your dedicated Project Manager for your projects and Account Manager for any questions related to billing. We aim to keep the same team members on your project, because the more experience they have with your brand, the better they'll be able to help your business succeed.
Yes, we are able to provide ongoing website support for all Webflow websites, even if we didn't originally design them. Kindly note that if your website needs a lot of fixes or updates early on, we may need to scope out a flat-rate website design project to fix up your site before we transition to ongoing support.
We help you with all project management via our project management software, ClickUp. We can also work within your project management software. In addition, all of our support plans include a dedicated Account Manager and Project Manager as your primary points of contact.
You can communicate with us via email, project management software, or Slack for clients on our Silver package and above. Our proven processes make sure that your projects run smoothly from start to finish.
The minimum commitment for our support plans is 3 months. If you're not sure that you're ready to commit to ongoing support, we'd recommend trying a project with us at our hourly rate to get a feel for what it's like to work with us.
Once that initial project is done, we encourage moving to one of our plans to get the cost savings, quick turnaround, and predictability that comes with our pre-booked support.
